Access to Library Documents is controlled by the dokumen-perpus permission. Only users (Staff/Librarians) assigned this permission can view and manage library documents.

Best Practices

  • Organize documents into clearly named folders by category (e.g., Science, Literature, Reference)
  • Use consistent file naming conventions for easy searching
  • Archive outdated materials by moving them to an "Archive" subfolder rather than deleting them
  • Regularly review and update the document library to keep content relevant
