Subscription Plans
The Subscription Plans page lets School Admins view available packages and subscribe or upgrade their school's eSchool plan.

Trial Mode
When a new school is registered, it begins with a Trial Mode that provides limited access to eSchool features. The trial includes:
- A set number of trial days (typically 30 days)
- Access to core features only (Students, Teachers, Attendance, Basic Settings)
- Visual lock indicators (🔒) on premium features
Once the trial expires, all premium features will be locked until a paid subscription is activated.
Subscribing to a Plan
Navigate to Subscription from the sidebar
Browse the available packages and their included features
Click Subscribe on your preferred plan
Complete the payment via the configured payment gateway (Xendit, Stripe, Razorpay)
After successful payment, all features in your plan will be automatically unlocked
Plan Features
Different plans unlock different feature sets. Common features that become available in paid plans include:

Payment Processing
Payment is processed through your school's configured payment gateway. Contact the Super Admin if payment options need to be set up first.
After a successful payment:
- Your subscription is automatically activated
- School status is updated to Active
- All features in your plan are immediately unlocked
- A confirmation email is sent to the registered school email
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions are time-limited. Before expiry:
- You will see renewal reminders in the sidebar banner
- Visit the Subscription page to renew your plan
- Renewal uses the same payment process as the initial subscription
