Grade Levels

Grade Levels define the academic progression structure in the school (e.g., Grade 10, 11, 12 for Senior High Schools). They are a prerequisite for creating Classes and managing student academic data.

Adding a Grade Level

Navigate to Curriculum → Academics → Grade Level

Click Add Grade Level

Enter the Grade Level Name (e.g., "Grade 10", "XI", "Class 3")

Click Save to create the grade level


Editing & Deleting Grade Levels

Deleting a grade level will affect all classes linked to it. Ensure no active classes are using the grade level before deleting.

  • Edit: Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the grade level name to update it
  • Delete: Click the delete icon, then confirm the action
